For Exchanges: Email the style number, size & color of the new item(s) you would like sent to you including you billing name, address and order number. Return your purchase within 7 days of receiving the package utilizing the following steps:

This is by far the slowest way to receive your merchandise. Due to the volume of returned checks we have received, merchandise cannot be held or ordered (if out of stock) until check or money order is received. If you choose this method of payment, you must allow an additional 7-10 days for your check to clear.
